• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount. This must be accompanied by the booking form and holiday contract.

• The balance to be paid eight weeks prior to arrival. In the event that your booking is made less than eight weeks prior to arrival, the full balance will be required at the time of booking.

• A €150.00 refundable security/damage deposit is also required. This will be refunded within 14 days of your holiday departure date less any costs.

• A 60€ charge is made for cleaning, however, this will be refunded along with the security/damage deposit if the apartment is left clean and tidy.

• A 15€ charge is made for a 'Meet and Greet' service where one of our representatives will meet you at the apartment at an agreed time, show you around and handover the keys. Customers booking from the UK, who do not wish to take advantage of this service may elect to have the keys sent to a UK address by registered delivery. In this event, the 'Meet and Greet' charge will be waived. The keys must be returned using registered delivery.  Failure to return the keys within 7 days of departure will result in the security/damage deposit being retained.

• casita-teulada is available on a long term rental basis. The cost per month is €350 and excludes utility bills. This price is for a minimum of 3 months. For rentals of less than 3 months please contact us for prices.
