• Look at the Availability Calendar to see whether the dates you are interested are available. The calendar is updated weekly, but is it worth checking with us to confirm. To check availability, please use the Contact Us page by clicking here.

• We will respond to your request within 24 hours to inform you whether it can be fulfilled. In the event that we do not have availability, we will inform you of other apartments on our development that may have availability.

• We will reply informing you of the availability and will mark the calendar as booked. This will remain booked for 3 days within which period you will have to make arrangements to pay, at least, the 25% deposit. We will discuss and agree with you the most suitable method of payment for you. For further details please look at our Prices and Payment page by clicking here.

• Upon receipt of your payment, and transaction note (for bank transfer payments), we will issue you with a Sales Receipt and Holiday Contract. The Holiday Contract will need to be completed and returned to us prior to travel.
